The South Carolina BLUE RV will be in the Walmart parking lot in Rock Hill at 2377 Dave Lyle Blvd. from February 4 - February 7 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. We will offer one-on-one consultations to answer health insurance questions and provide help enrolling in health insurance plans.
