The South Carolina BLUE RV will be in the BI-LO parking lot in Columbia at the Village at Sandhills on 120 Forum Drive from November 28 - November 29 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and November 30 from Noon - 6 p.m. We will offer one-on-one consultations to answer health insurance questions and provide help enrolling in health insurance plans.
