We've partnered with Jamie Scott Fitness (www.jamiescottfitness.com) to offer a free, six week weight loss and fitness challenge. This program is a series of nutrition and fitness classes, exploring pre- and post-workout recipes and tips, strength training, boot camp and cardio blasts to get your heart pumping and your body burning calories! Each class is designed to get you on the road to fitness and provide you with easy-to-follow fitness tips and tricks.
The program meets on Monday and Thursday evenings at 6:15 p.m. at the South Carolina BLUESM retail center in Columbia. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Registration ends on Thursday, July 31.

- Monday, August 11 at 6:15 p.m.
- Thursday, August 14 at 6:15 p.m.

- Monday, August 25 at 6:15 p.m.
- Thursday, August 28 at 6:15 p.m.
- Tuesday, September 2 (Due to Labor Day)
- Thursday, September 4 at 6:15 p.m.
- Monday, September 8 at 6:15 p.m.
- Thursday, September 11 at 6:15 p.m.
Since it’s a fitness challenge, participation in all classes is not only encouraged but required. And hey, we’ll even give you a reward for attending all the classes. At the end of the program, you’ll be entered to win a grand prize – a Fit Bit, one free class with Jamie Scott and a healthy cooking cookbook!
